Was told today that ai make there schedule an they don’t have a inspection tech on staff. What a joke!
Excellent service! Nico, Arnold and Albert at Valvoline were quick, professional, and friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. In and out in no time — definitely coming back for my next oil change!

2021 Dodge Ram 5.7 I’ll keep it short and sweet. The service team was very informative and friendly, no issues there. Here’s the problem. This week I have been noticing some spots under the truck. Thought, oh maybe the A/C from idling? Went to touch it and my hand was completely covered in oil. I know there is a mixed review whether or not an oil filter needs to be hand tight, or use an oil filter wrench. Or hand tight + turn. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy my visits there. They checked my filters ,tires and changed my oil. I will continue to return to that location.
