Took my wife’s Ford Explorer to get an oil change. We drove down 287 and it sounds like the skid plate on the bottom of the car is about to rip off. I brought it back there and was told they didn’t do anything wrong. They put a couple Screws and said it was fixed. We drove down the road still doing it. We won’t be back there. I brought it somewhere else to get fixed properly. The mechanic said, they torque the heads off all the screws for the skid plate that has to be removed to change the oil.
