I was pulled into the bay as soon as I arrived and was there almost an hour. The first tech went on break halfway through the oil change. They tried to upsell me on a filter that was almost brand new. I asked the manager if everything was okay because it was taking so long and he just gave me the stink eyes.The second tech just disappeared for 20 plus minutes after he started helping me and returned only to say “sorry I was gone so long I was talking.” Very unprofessional.
Staff had always been knowledgeable and courteous with me. Respectful of vehicle. Only gave 4 stars because it is overpriced.
This place SUCKS. It takes them over an hour to do this oil change service. Hardly constitutes the name "INSTANT OIL CHANGE" !!! They aloud a customer to leave their vehicle in one of the bays, effectively closing that bay. Bay 2 the technicians take over an hour to change oil. This is ridiculous!!!!!!
Service: 5 stars Speed: 5 stars Price: 1 star If you want to go to Valvoline do yourself a favor and drive 15 minutes to the one in Monaca. Also great service and speed but about $25 less for full synthetic. Guess you pay more for being closer to the airport.
