I have given them one too many chances. Every single time I come here it is always something. Today, after getting my oil changed, they told me that they could not get the bolt back into the skid plate and offered no solution, just gave me back the bolt. I took it home and my husband said they stripped the bolt out (it’s completely smooth) and the skid plate is only secured by one bolt. So now he will need to order a tapping kit to fix it. Associates appearance was very sloppy, long, sloppy hair shirts, even the hand gestures, while polling might vehicle in and out of the bay seemed extremely lazy.And effortless untucked, not one of the associates. seem to care 1 bit about engaging in customer service? This place either employed children into management or the manager was napping in the office.
