Seems like the drive to upsell services has fallen off. First off I asked about getting a tire rotation but something was wrong with their lift. They didn’t do a light check when pulling into the bay. They did not ask about the cabin air filter. They say they checked my tire pressure at 35 however my dash has them all reading at 40. The manager is new from the last visit I had and seems that the customer service left when the Manager changed.
