As a woman and with my car having a messed up bumper and skid plate I get nervous going to mechanics. But this place has always been a fair price, they don't aggressively upsell, are quick, and are friendly.

Survey Comment: I didn't have a negative experience. I just think they need to be more thorough when checking the checklist. One of my wipers needed replaced, and had forgotten about it. If they would've checked it, it would have reminded me, and could have been replaced. Also, Valvoline should show people their dirty oil before, and then again when it's clean. 🤔☺️. Other than that everything was good!
Will not be returning… I got an oil change supposedly but a week later… my oil light came back on & so I went to get a diagnostic to make sure that I don’t have a leak. It’s dry under my car. Everything came back perfect except my oil. It was empty. I paid $130 for no reason. I always heard bad things about them but when I had my last car they didn’t do me wrong but this time they really screwed the pooch.
