I have my vehicle serviced at VIOC, because I used to work for VIOC in Asheville, NC and I know your employees take pride in doing a thorough job. Each visit is enjoyable, and the employees are professional, along with the SOP I am always assured the service is done correctly!
My grandson took his car there to get his oil changed and the guy was honest and told him he spilled oil on his motor. Needless to say his car is sitting at the garage misfiring and barely made it there, and giving a fatal engine light warning. Who knows how much this is going to cost him working and trying to survive on a pizza making salary. I'm very upset because I'm trying to survive working in a furniture factory. People need to be trained well on their jobs.
The team at Valvoline was extremely professional and worked well together. Valvoline offers a great service to change my oil while I'm still seated in my car, taking a meal to-go on my lunch hour. They are pleased to assist and they do a solid, thorough, swift job.
I get my ơil change here often .last oil change I ask the guy to reset my maintenance requirements button . He said he would . After I come home I realize he had not reset it at all . Very disappointed he just want me to spend more money on other services .but the things he should do and he didn’t . I won’t be back . It’s happened to multiple peoples that I know they told me they did same thing to them . They too lazy to reset the maintenance requirements.
