I have trust in this company and their excellent service they have provided me and my family all of my oil changes are done at valvoline and their customer service and over all facilities are top tier and should be awarded for their hard work to ensure customers cars roll in and out and keep going.
I swung by today for an oil change and WOW—shoutout to Seth for absolutely knocking it out of the park with his customer service! He was warm, super friendly, and made me feel completely welcome. It’s rare to experience that kind of genuine kindness these days, and because of Seth, this spot just became my go-to for every oil change!
1st time customer, I came in for a state inspection. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful. Price was lower than the last chain where I had my inspection in a 'jiffy' and that took longer. I will definitely use them again for inspections and probably oil changes as well.
