Was not given the price before they changed my oil even though I asked. The gentleman who took my information is very nice and too honest to work there imo. The manager was sneaky type and this company wanted my money not my business. He instructed them to change oil before i was given the price. I am currently unemployed so i really needed the price beforehand. $141 for oil change with cabin filter change on 4dr sedan is robbery.
The store manager Doug and his assistant Mike are super honest and have earned my trust. The integrity of the work crew at this location is why I keep coming back.
Great customer service! They were quick and kept me updated on the status of my service as I waited.
They were courteous, efficient and very friendly! Ciera and Douglas were awesome and fast taking care of my car and were very helpful showing me how to reset my oil service indicator afterwards! Super star team!!
