I was impressed with the team approach, and the quick turn around for the oil change. My car is a little more difficult to reset the notifications and the manager Douglas, went out of his way to reset them for me. Everyone was cheerful and kind and worked together. Nice job team!
This is my third time coming here. I’ve never had a problem. Everyone here seems to be very knowledgeable with what they do. Josh and Doug are excellent managers, very transparent and up front. Yes, oil changes cost a little more here, but you are paying for convenience, quality of valvoline oil itself, and well trained staff. “You get what you pay for” is true in so many cases. I come from out of state and have used Valvoline oil change for the last 20 years, no issues
This location is always fast and friendly. The employees know what they are doing and they take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. Doug, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This location has excellent customer service. I will drive further in order to have a fast, friendly and smooth experience .
