Zachary, the manager is the VERY BEST customer service advocate that I've ever experienced during ANY oil change, the courtesy extended was just great, I'm 82, don't tolerate a lot of b/s, need I say more ? This CSR Zachary is just super !
Oil on my fenders. 133$ for an oil and filter change. When I change my oil it’s less than 50$. Ridiculous pricing. Employers were rude, and un friendly. This store needs a supervisor.
They didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Kept telling me things, like they broke some something, then would come back and say they didn't. Never felt them touch my car underneath, wondering if they really even changed the oil. Didn't do anything they do at other Valvoline locations. Acted like they had no clue and didn't care. Also they didn't screw my tire caps on tight and lost all of them by the time I got down the street to the store. Didn't show me the new oil or level on the dip stick. Horrible all around.... read more
