Just had a routine synthetic oil change done
The oil change was routine. They were busy and some staff were moving quite quickly. The only problem I had was it would have been nice for the service member to remind me that I had a coupon available for $10 off of my bill. I wish those text messages with coupons were automatically applied to your account.
Everyone great did their job very efficient great customer service! Had oil change and replaced dirty filter! All good.
Always a wonderful experience at the Valvoline in West Carrollton. Staff is very knowledgeable and always quick with the services.
