Always a great experience, all staff are friendly, helpful, but at my last visit Brendan and especially Santiago went above and beyond making sure all the acorns were out of the area before installing the filter. It took some elbow grease and a small grabber, but they made sure to get all of them out! They also told me about a screen I can add to prevent it from happening again .
