Very pleasant staff I really appreciate great customer service
I took my Ram 3500 diesel for an oil change. They overfilled my oil causing significant damage, 0ver $38000. That was on July 10, 2025. They didn't let me know that they were denying my claim until Marck 2026. It has been sitting at the dealership over 8 months. These people don't care about their work and have no integrity.
Brandon was efficient and friendly. Answered all my questions and kept my car running smooth
