This location damaged my oil pan in 2024. The damage resulted in me having to get a new oil pan installed in 2025 for 575$. The Valvoline parent company were kind to me during correspondence. The location owner declined to contact me regarding the damage, which spoke to their integrity. A location employee did contact me and advised me that the owner stated that the damage was not their fault (with nothing further). Great friendly staff
Went for a simple oil change. Staff were nice but immediately started doing things to my vehicle I didn't ask for. When I was done, I observed that oil was leaking. Went back to the store and they assured my nothing was leaking, it was just dripping off of a "support" bar. I then went home where I again observed oil leaking. I went underneath and could feel a large amount of oil leaking around the oil filter. Went back again to the store where they stated that they replaced the filter. The assistant manager that was directly working with me and the other technicians in the bay were all VERY personable and made conversation with me as they took care of my vehicle. I was very impressed by the service and actually had a really good time just sitting and getting my oil changed. Was a highlight of my day to be honest
This was my first time at Valvoline and it is officially my go to oil change company. This location especially! Staff was quick friendly and professional. The price was also the most affordable I’ve paid in a long time for an oil change. Oil Changers and the Kia service center need to take notes.
