Everything was fine - quick and efficient, staff was respectful. I wanted my tires rotated but was told they were understaffed. Not a big issue just have to make another trip there.
They took care of my car like it was their own!!!
In and out fast.
The oil filter was cross threaded and I almost burnt out my engine. I had to have AAA tow me back to valvoline oil change , to have them correct it. I lost a lot of oil . It is difficult to contact the valvoline headquarters in Kentucky. It was like I had difficulty talking to them. They wouldn’t do any engine test to see how much damage it did . They rush too fast , it takes away quality service for the customer. I will continue to inform people of this incident until Valvoline headquarters contacts me to resolve this issue... read more
