We love the Valvoline in West Bridgewater! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The wait is never too long and the oil change process is quick. The location is super convenient. Could not have asked for a better experience! 5 stars Valvoline team!
From the moment I got there I felt I was a burden to the employees. I paid $92.48 for a service that wasn't done completely. The washer fluid was not topped off (I had to top it off after I left), my tire pressure wasn't checked, and air filter was never inspected (which needed to be replaced) the air filter was border line on my last oil change. Makes me wonder if the oil change was even done!!! I have 2 vehicles that I bring to Valvoline. I'm wondering if I should start using another quick lube facility other than Valvolin... read more
