First off the sales staff was very un knowledgeable about the products. They didn’t know the difference between conventional oil and synthetic oil. Second off the only reason I went to Valvoline for an oil change was because I’ve received a coupon. After the oil change when I tried to use the coupon. They told me it was invalid. I had to call Corporate just to get the situation handled and I still haven’t received a refund. This company gets people in based on lies and I got scammed into paying full price.
