The gentleman that assisted me was excellent and explained the different oil options and advantages of each. I love that he identified I had a light out and replaced it as well! I had no idea and I feel like he saved me a ticket!
We took car to our mechanic for brake work a few days later and was advised 2 quarts of oil was needed because it was too low!!
Never in all of my time being to valvoline(usually Woodbridge,va) has the tech took my money before the services were done.. I paid for oil change and tire rotation, they told me they couldn’t do the rotation because of bald tires which is fine, but the African American(chubby) guy took my money and gave me “info” about a link they would send me to get my money back for the rotation…. the thing is that I paid CASH!!
