Went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Very friendly staff, they have great communication, very clean establishment and bathroom. I was helped by everyone but mainly the manager (didn’t get his name) and Kaleb. Kaleb has very good communication and knowledge on things, he definitely helped me understand everything they did and what I needed. I appreciate you all very much. Pricing is great, very affordable for high quality.
As usual, the team at the Troy MI location on Rochester Road were phenomenal! Always extremely professional and efficient. I've never had an "off" experience at this location. I've moved 17 miles away and still will only come to this location.
I had a great experience at Valvoline. The staff were prompt and professional. They ran through the recommendations in detail and gave me a print out for what would be needed for next time oil change. I did recommend Valvoline to my colleague at work as a reliable and thorough care for her vehicle.
