Jess is always so wonderful! I came in for a conventional oil change which is usually something I dread because as a woman, I’m generally spoken to like a child when it pertains to anything automotive related. The team was amazing. My interaction 1st started when I call the holiness. The lady was sooo nice and understanding. I got the city I was driving in mixed but she was so patient and she sent me a coupon! Then I went to the location in Troy MI at 6:30 they were all so nice and professional. It was such a great experience. This was one the few time I was hoping during checkout it would ask for a tip but it didn't. Your team in Troy is top notch and I will drive there for my oil changes!!
