Jordan, Evan and Cameron were efficient while working on my subaru. They didn't "push" to add more services, they found a headlight out and replaced it quickly, giving me a safety feature I wasn't aware I needed. All 3 were friendly, spoke to me as professional and experienced technicians.

I had my oil and air filter changed at the Kickapoo Shawnee Valvoline a few months ago. I thought I'd go someplace different to get an oil change this time around. The guys at 5 min oil change said my air filter was sticking out. I took it back to Valvoline and the manager said it wasn't their fault. It was the fault of oil coming out of my valve that caused my air filter to melt on the edges. I took it to two different mechanics and they said that was a bunch of crock.
