Very professional mechanics that explained each process every step of the way. I like how they explained my options and weren’t pushy salespeople. I really appreciated the manager introducing himself during the process and speaking with me at end ensuring I understood the service I received and thanking me for being a client.
If I could give -10 I would Valvoline changed my oil and filter. They replaced oil plug and filter gasket incorrectly. My car started leaking oil 2 days later. My car went into shop where they informed me my oil plug and filter were incorrectly installed then charged me to fix Valvoline workmanship!! I ended up spending over $7,000.00 to correct their Oil & filter change. I filed a claim with paperwork attached and they denied It! Of course! I suggest you NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO VALVOLINE!
My first time at an oil change business. So easy! All employees were super nice, told me what they were doing, acted like a congenial team. Did not pressure me to buy additional services or products. Excellent service!
