We were never going to come back to Valvoline again. We went for an oil change in October to the Rosenberg location and they said they stripped my drain plug but that they replaced it. I paid for the new drain plug, even tho they stripped it, and the oil change. Well, my fiancé went to do my oil change today and said my drain plug is stripped….. before ever having touched it.
