I came in for an oil change and to have my rear axle replaced. The team was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the process. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but I’d rather have the job done right than rushed and end up with issues later. I noticed some new team members in training, and they did a great job communicating and keeping me informed. I would definitely come back and recommend them to others. They even offered cold water while I waited, which was a nice touch!
The team worked quickly and efficiently. They showed me the dirty air filter, battery test result, final oil level, etc. and communicated professionally. The $15 coupon for oil change was also nice.
