I had went to a different Valvoline in Metairie that said they couldn’t bill for a fleet vehicle, so they sent me to this location. I’ll go see Michelle at this location every time going forward. She knew exactly what to do, was respectful, and knowledgeable. Go ask for Michelle!
Extraordinary experience here. JB and his team took care of my 90k Jeep with care and professionalism that’s hard to match. There was an issue getting the cap off to begin the oil change, they showed me the problem and solved the issue with no complaints. I definitely will always return here when I need an oil change.
Jay took care of me it was a hot summer day like usual and he got to me quick and was very charismatic. Best service definitely will come again and will tell my family to come to the location.
