changed my oil while my vehicle was on. luckily i have a hybrid and my engine didn’t cut in in the middle of the oil change but could have completely ruined my car.
Had a great experience at Valvoline. Big Roc was amazing and knowledgeable about the products offered, along with the two other people who were on the floor. It would've been a 5-star experience until I heard a guy coming up the stairs using profanity, as if no customers were in the shop being serviced. I'm sure with that type of work ethic, he won't be around long.
