I've been going here for years, at least 15 years and I was surprised that this time on August 18, they didn't check my tire pressures, lights and blinker or my windshield wipers like they used to.They also used to check all the other fluids and air filter, I'm not exactly sure which one they filled besides the oil after it had been changed but I didn't see them do that either. I also, didn't receive a print out like they used to give of everything they did.
My local Shop Always does a good Job!
Pretty frustrated. I drove in to your store where I usually get my oil change for years with a coupon from you for a fuel injection cleaning that my truck needs right now. The guy told me the equipment they use to do it was lent out and he couldn't do it. He then suggested I go to a different business down the road ( not the other valvoline business a couple minutes away). I went by the other business that looked very busy. Don't feel my receipt was very accurate. They DID NOT reset my Oil service indicator light. Some pressure to buy filters. I asked them to look for a leak under the car, the guy up top said they didn't find one, I'm not sure they even looked. Washer fluid said added, was already full.
I stopped in for an oil change right at the end of the day on Saturday. They did an excellent job with my service and even replaced my drain plug free of charge, which had been rounded off by my last oil change place. They did a great job dealing with my annoying felt splash guard which is always much appreciated, I've had other shops only put half the bolts back when they reinstall. Overall I had a great experience here, even coming in right at closing time on a Saturday. 10/10 will get my oil changed here again.
