My MIL had a horrific experience with a battery replacement here. They completely butchered it and didn’t put all of the parts back in her vehicle, lied about it and then didn’t offer any kind of refund/discount when she confronted them about it, even though they said they took full responsibility and acknowledged that they lied. The fact that they let her drive off in her car with loose parts rattling around and didn’t seem to care about her driving in an unsafe car tells you everything you need to know about this company. ... read more
