I appreciate all the people who work for this Valvoline. They were quick, kind, and honest about what I had going on under the hood. I usually stay on top of my oil changes, and have gone to the Plainfield location for as long as I’ve had my car. However, I took a visit to the Avon location today, and they showed me something the Plainfield location failed to tell me. I had so much stuff caked up on my battery, it was honestly appalling.
