I came in a few days ago for my oil change and the staff were friendly and they did a good job. I have no complaints about this place. I even got $15 bucks off with a coupon from the website. Great crew and very knowledgeable. Diego is a cool dude he answered all my questions.
I went to toppenish valvoline.. all of the people greeted me ... let me know the price had went up since the last time I was in .. they asked if I had any coupons and they let me know my serpentine belt was cracked and that I should get it replaced .. they didn't try and push me to get it done there they gave me a price and I had asked if I purchased it and brought to them if I could do that and yes totally chill there I will keep going back
I just had my oil change back in June and my car is a 2016. I never drive it only to my doctor appointment and it's always park to on August 11 I just wanted to check my oil and it was empty. Never had to put oil in my car. When they changed my oil they put a hose with suction to get my oil out they did not drain it from the bottom when I ask the guy there he say it a new way it about 95% that get out i don't think that they didn't even change out my oil filter 🤔 I'm never going back there. They can't be trusted.
