Called to get trans fluid and filter changed was told they only change the fluid. Why change the fluid and not the filter?? 🤨

The Toppenish Valvoline is the only one we go to. They are so thorough with their service, friendly, and efficient. We will continue to be their customer in the future.
I recently went in to have my Chevy Traverse serviced for an oil change and a transmission flush. I then took my other vehicle, Kia Optima in to have my AC recharged. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed the entire time. They even gave me a popsicle to stay hydrated in the heat! I appreciate this location and the staff.
