Went to get an oil change and a few days later the splash shield came apart while driving home from work. I drove it straight to Valvoline dragging the plate all the way there. They said they weren't responsible for it because they have a video of it already damaged. I asked them to show me and they denied me. I called and made a claim and was denied because they said the lady tech didn't have to remove anything to get to the oil filter. I called again and then they said they removed the oil filter from the top lol... I watc... read more
