Priority sequence of first in first out needs work. I was in line behind a vehicle requesting a full service and was scooped by two other later comers in the lineup up. Subsequently, my oil change that only requires ~10 mins service, took approximately 75 mins of my day due to the 65 min wait. The staff also spotted the delay only directing the customer vehicles to bunch up tighter making it impossible to leave or be cued in priority sequence. Excellent service! Very quick.
Ryan, the store manager, helped me today with my transmission leak. At another Valvoline store out of town, the transmission screw was not properly screwed back on at my last oil change & transmission fluid exchange. I happened to stop by this store on my way home from work on a whim. The staff here recognized the problem and let me know immediately. This store was out of transmission fluid for my vehicle type, and Ryan took it upon himself to go pick up more at a different Valvoline. Thank you SO much Ryan and the staff her... read more
