Great for oil changes, but they broke a tail light clip when I asked them to change a turn signal. Then they said a bulb wouldn't work because the wiring harness was rusted out which was complete BS. My husband had bought 2 busted lights. His folly. So, instead of putting the original brake light bulb back in that DID work, they left the broke one in and I had zero brake light and a hanging tail light lens. Got an oil change from Valvoline in Colonial Heights on Sunday, 3/30/2025. The next day as I was driving I heard an awful sound. I pulled over on the interstate to find the shield under my car completely hanging off. At this point, I was 35 mins from home. I was stuck on the side of the road for over 30 minutes trying to fix it. I got it off and returned to Valvoline and demanded to speak to a manager about this.
