They screwed my valve stem cap on so tight I couldn't get it off. Not even with pliers. Had to take it to a tire shop to have the value stem replaced. Why are you even touching them, when a person only wants an oil change...
The team working at this location were very professional and caring about our satisfaction. They were also happy to answer any questions and go over options.
Very nice staff. Friendly and helpful with all questions I had. Coupons available make it an easier choice to have them service my vehicle. Will return again for next service date.
The employees, Scott and Chris, were prompt, friendly, interested and efficient. Every personal interaction was positive. Customer service was stellar and much appreciated. The only place I trust with taking my car to get an oil change. Wait time is never too long. Highly recommended!
