William, was such an amazing person. His customer service was unbelievably GREAT. He explained everything to me in an excellent manor. I’ve been to a few places and the customer service was, POOR. But, William was amazing !!!

I stopped in bc I suspected I had an oil leak. Staff were helpful, but the male technicians chose to speak to my male passenger and have him look at the engine, not me! This is my car, and I’m the customer, not him. Leticia, the amazing female service technician, recognized immediately what was happening and helped me get the answers I needed and redirect her co-workers.
