William and his team were EXTREMELY helpful, particularly with the coupon I couldn't get working. I would have gone elsewhere, had they not accepted it. The oil change is efficient- fast and easy. They even talked me in to a wiper purchase, but, again, only because I had a coupon. I normally decline, regardless, knowing I can get them significantly cheaper at Costco.
