Do not use this facility. For the second time, they failed to properly attach my skid plate. As I was driving, the skid plate tore off my car and pulled the wheel well into my passenger front tire. I have reached out to see what they will do to resolve this problem as the skid plate was destroyed but have not had a response back. I also emailed their corporate office and have not heard from them either.

Great customer service! Very caring and manager is very kind and professional. I wish she ran all of the valvolines in the city! I live 35 minutes away in federal hill and I will drive this far just to come to this one! I will come next time to get my tires rotated. They also have military discount!
I have been to many Valvoline Instant Oil station and this one on Belair rd had the best customer service. Everyone was so professional. I received quick service.
