This location is always the best!! The guys today got my new car all set up on the account and we processed what's been registered as far as previous maintenance it has had with the previous owner. Got her all set up and fresh without too much pressure to spend extra money also. That's a huge plus for me. They let ME decide which maintenance recommendations I want to add without 15 reasons why I should. Quick and professional.
Be careful, they try to upsell you on a bunch of services you don't need. They told me I had a "severe engine oil leak," when it was just a tiny drip (which is normal for a 20-year-old car). Be prepared to say "No thank you," and get the semi-synthetic oil instead of full-synthetic.
I took my car to Valvoline Parkville location, where the technician scanned my vehicle and recommended synthetic oil. When I mentioned I had always used conventional oil, he said he'd get in trouble if he didn't follow the recommendation. To me this was a clear way for them to upcharge me but I didn’t want him to face any issues, so I decided to leave.
