I sat in line for over an hour waiting to get an oil change as the next car up. I was boxed in on all sides and could not get out of line. I finally complained because on either side of my multiple cars were serviced. The guy offered to give me a coupon. He knocked 25 bucks off and when I said I have a 15 off coupon he told me he couldn’t use it since he had reduced my price. My first time there, (boyfriend usually does this).. such amazing customer service all around! Special shot out to BJ! Very knowledgeable! Give that man a raise! I will be back doing this myself from now on. Great job team!

Kelvin was extremely helpful knowing it was my first time at a Valvoline location. All of the techs were incredibly kind and helpful and made sure I knew what they were doing. I didn’t even have to get out of my car! Beyond happy with my experience, I will be back!!!
