I will not be returning to this location. Last time I was there I got the typical Valvoline sales pitch that I needed a new air filter. I had it replaced because it was dirty and had been a while. This time when the tech went to do the filter check, he ripped it out, causing the pre filter to separate and fall off. It's always quick and efficient. The workers are so kind and I know I can trust the service they give. The options are great too! Oil change? Yup! Windshield wipers and fluid? Yup! Air filters? Only if you want 'em!
I understand that every business needs to make a profit. As such, I didn't mind when I was charged $27.99 for a Valvoline VA256 Air Filter that I can buy retail for about $22.00 (I was also told the price by the technician before it was installed). However, when I realized that I got charged $55.99 for a Valvoline VCA-1031 cabin air filter that I can buy for $17.00, I literally couldn't believe it. They did not honor my $25.00 coupon because the service tech said they were having trouble with the coupons corporate sent to me via text message. I would not use them again. Many hidden fees not discussed or disclosed.
