This is the 2nd time that I have been here and things were checked off but not done. No fluids were checked, they didn’t even check my air filters. Said they didn’t have time. The service guy put his box of tools on my vehicle, getting oil all over my fender wells. I am beginning to think I need to find someplace else to get my oil changed.
