The members were fine, the service was efficient and well executed. And I do understand paying for convenience, but when your oil change is twice as much as everywhere else in town, I have to wonder at the real value for me as a customer. Not sure I could recommend this except in a pinch.
We spend the summer in Door County every year and I always bring my truck to Valvoline. The techs here are knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I needed an air filter replaced and was offered a discount on the price. They gladly accept any coupons I have and make sure I understand everything they're doing. Great place with great service!
They ripped off my wife by telling her she needed a new cabin air filter, and then charged her $59.99 for a part that is available on Amazon for less than $19.
