I discovered that the red cap for my battery terminal was not secured. It was just laying on top of the battery.
I’ll start with a positive. Staff is very efficient. If you had a warm and welcoming staff, it’d be much better. This task is already awkward for a lot of younger females. Technician Sam didn’t greet me or say hello, but just walked up to my car and immediately asked, “Do you know how to reset your oil light?” He then questioned if my car was turned off when it wasn’t, asked me to get out, and got in himself to reset it.
