Oil and hand prints were left on the hood of my car. I had to get it professionally washed and buffed out of the clear coat! NOT PROFESSIONAL!
I have used valvoline many times , I brought my car here for its first oil change since purchasing it only because we were leaving on a trip and the dealer could not get us in quickly enough. This was my vehicles first oil change and every single bolt under my car was stripped during this visit. I just recently had a second oil change at the dealership and they replaced bolts and provided me the stripped ones when I picked my vehicle up from service. Great experience at Valvoline thanks to Sam (manager), Vanden, and Caden. They were quick, professional, and didn’t pressure me into any extra decisions. They kept things light with a few jokes and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t ask for better service! I keep coming back for a reason!
