Extremely disappointed in their customer service.. I went to have them top off my oil and a new filter.. 12 miles away completely out of oil on the side of the highway. Long story short they broke the O ring and cracked the housing. Cost me over $900 in repairs.. The manager Jeremy was hateful and told me it was safe to drive as it was still leaking oil after he claimed it was fixed. They have refused to take responsibility for their error!! I was a long standing customer.. This is not the business it once was… BEWARE!!
Very friendly and pleasantly answered my questions. Offered and explained extra services that was available that I was unaware of. Pleased with the services I received. I will return when I'm in need again
Just had the best experience at this location. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted by Tyler who was pleasant and knowledgeable. Jeremy was great too, as were the other employees. Fast service at a fair price. Thank you for taking care of my Mini Cooper!
