Very thorough Very quick and very respectful and knowledgeable, great price
Very knowledgeable, friendly, informative staff. I wasn’t pressured to purchase any other services. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I absolutely love valvoline
Great service very helpful and honest. Went in for an oil change and they looked and told me I didn't need one for a couple thousand more miles. Honest people who put their customers before profits. Rare to find that these days.
Extremely disappointed in their customer service.. I went to have them top off my oil and a new filter.. 12 miles away completely out of oil on the side of the highway. Long story short they broke the O ring and cracked the housing. Cost me over $900 in repairs.. The manager Jeremy was hateful and told me it was safe to drive as it was still leaking oil after he claimed it was fixed. They have refused to take responsibility for their error!! I was a long standing customer.. This is not the business it once was… BEWARE!!
