Great service The manager was super friendly
To: Valvoline Management I want to praise the Manager, Christina and her Team at the St John, IN Store. Went in for an oil change this AM, was nicely greeted by all Team members, popped the hood and was quickly informed my oil did not need changed as I was shown a fairly clean dip stick. This honesty should not be over looked and I would hope upper management will recognize and reward this Team...I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location. GOOD JOB CHRISTINA! Bobby and Hugh went above and beyond today! I took my sons car in unaware that he wasn't due for another 2,000 miles. When i checked the dip stick, it read low, so I took it to get it changed. Bobby and Hugh explained that my son switched over to full synthetic in March and that it should still be good for a couple more month or another 2000 miles (he doesnt drive much). Fast and informative
First time at Valvoline. Took a family member’s truck there for an oil change & glad I did because we discovered the oil cap was missing the entire time. Had enough time to get a replacement and service. Highly recommend this location. Christina is the best
