Worst service of any oil change around
All of the employees here are always friendly. I ask alot of questions and they answer with respect, they don't make me feel silly for asking, and they don't pressure me to get things done if I cannot afford it at the moment. I always feel well taken care of here, been a customer for about 5 years now.
The techs at the Saint John Indiana location spilled oil all over the place under my hood and stripped the drain plug and didn’t tell me so the next morning, I had oil all over my garage floor. Additionally it cost me another $100 to put in another drain plug and a whole new oil change. Never again unless financial incentive is granted to me to give a different location a try.
