Christina and Cassie made us customers for life. My 19-year-old son was getting his first oil change and they were patience, kind and helpful.
When time is a factor, they'll get you in and out. However 2 times in a row they didn't top off my windshield wiper fluid because the " guy that normally makes it" wasn't there. Why is "he" the only one who knows how to make it. So I had to spend another $5 at a gas station and fill it up myself. When I pay $100 for a oil change the expectation is my windshield fluid gets topped off. Train everyone how to make the windshield wiper fluid!
St John Location took AMAZING care of me! :) Had my oil changed at the Frankfort Illinois location and initially was very impressed. Until it was time to change oil again, and I went to my normal Valvoline place in St John Indiana; and they couldnt get the cap off the bottome of the filter. Their efforts resulted in a punctured filter and the cap still stuck on due to the aweful care of the Frankfort location.
