Staff lacks common sense. Waisted my time playing musical cars with zero guidance yelling across the shop half ass instructions, would recommend them 0/10.
The whole team over here at Valvoline in mount dora is extra extraordinary and I just wanted to give you a quick example I was working and I got a quick caution light that my car was overheating. I pulled up to them within minutes Jason, a guy who works there jumps right on my car in the middle of work and hooked me up and the problem is resolved. I am absolutely shaken by my experience at this location. One of the employees screamed at me with such intensity and aggression that I was genuinely terrified. He was yelling about not driving up, but the way he shouted was completely disproportionate and deeply disturbing. I have never in my life been spoken to like that — it felt hostile and borderline threatening.
