I was greeted quickly and efficiently by Juan despite having a throng of cars in the parking lot. I was also greeted by the manager Gavin, and was able to have my emissions ran before I was even inside the shop. Kirra was the person at the computer and she was a pleasure to chat with while also staying quick and concise with her information about how my car is doing. Honestly super impressed with this location! Everyone here seems to know what they're doing and have great customer service. I arrived with multiple concerns about my car and left feeling great about everything-including the amount I paid. Great experience every time I go.
Well I went there to get an oil change, I brought the oil and the filter. I had extra oil left over. However one of the people showed me the dipstick and it was at the very bottom line where it says add oil so I asked him to fill it all the way up to the top line where it says full and he did not do that instead he put the dipstick in and then pulled it back out and then left the oil run up the dipstick to make it look like it was full.
