I love getting my oil changed at valvoline! They are the nicest guys! They are always smiling and pleasant and make me feel better when I leave than when I got there! Seriously love these guys!
The humans don’t answer their phone. Their AI assistant, Ruthie, answers the phone but can’t transfer to a human.
Loved how you guys checked all my stuff and let me know what I needed or not and it was fast as well. Great customer service and I trust what you guys do thank you.
