Avoid This Location if Mike Is Still There I arrived at Valvoline around 12:05 PM and was directed to Bay 2 with only one car ahead of me. I explained that my wife had her oil changed here on the 8th, but her car started leaking oil. When she brought it back last week, they said it was “just an overfill.” The leak continued, so I came back to have them check their mistake. Great service all around.
James the manager and Jerry are awesome! They explain every step what they are doing and show you recommendations for your mileage level but never hard sell you to do it that day. The ease of pulling into the bays and having conversations from the car while they are doing your oil change is great. I highly recommend them unless you like sitting in a waiting room for an hour at other places!!!
