was told their printer was down so they could only provide a receipt by email. they asked for my email only for the purpose of sending a receipt. of course I was then subscribed to their promotional emails without my permission. felt like the printer being down was awfully convenient for them to score some promotion sign ups.
The previous time I came here to get an oil change, they had asked me to move around to a different lane so that somebody who was waiting before me could get in to the bay ahead of me. Perfectly fine, I appreciated that they prioritized the work based on who had been here first. However, this time they’ve let two cars go ahead who had arrived after I did. I won’t be coming here again. I’ve waited for nearly an hour while cars who arrived well after I did are well on their way already. I do not recommend this location.
They replaced 2 blinker lights, changed my serpentine belt, and changed the oil all in the same visit. I was surprised by their fast service and the number of services that they offer
