Visited here on 3/17. The people who worked on my car were all kind, helpful, and conscientious. They moved me through the line and worked on my car very effectively without asking for or needing any kind of reservation. It was great to be able to go there, and get my car checked up and worked on so quickly, and to avoid having to take a day or morning off work. Thanks!

Staff are extremely kind, professional and courteous. They informed me of what they were doing every step of the way. They also discovered I had low air pressure in one of my tires and made sure to let me know I could go to Les Schwab and have it checked out. They looked at the tire and were not able to see any nails. I really appreciate them, guiding me through this process.
