Competent quick efficient technicians!
Worst manager in existence named Ken, I've never seen such an old guy vape so much while working. Such a bad example for his other employees! I would recommend going somewhere else if you value your vehicle and time.
Over an hour and a half in the bay, employees, stripped one of the screws and cracked one of the components, they actually had to go to an auto parts store to buy a replacement, but reassured me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it, lol. They removed my skid plate, now the skid plate is covered in oil, fingerprints, and what was once gray is now black. Horrific experience to say the least.
