They did not change my nephew's oil 5 months ago but charged him and said they did. They are not trustworthy people. My husband is ASE certified, and we have a small personal shop on our property and checked on the car. FYI- We did not change my nephew's oil when he needed it done because we live hours away. We only happened to notice the black oil when our nephew visited us on his 24h drive home. Skip this place.
I just went there and after getting my oil changed the oil pressure gauge stopped working. I mentioned it to them at the time and they said take it to a mechanic and if they say it is something we did then we will fix it. I just took to my mechanic and he pointed out where the sensor was broken and dangling off because he believes the oil change service person wasn't careful and snapped it when changing the oil filter.
