As a former manager of this very store, I am once again disappointed with the quality of service. The greeter/service writer failed to follow the established script to offer additional services, which is a basic expectation of the role. The under-hood technician did not complete the inspection in the required order, missing key steps. At the conclusion of service, I asked if the washer fluid was filled and was told it had been—yet upon checking, it clearly was not.
