They hire young kids who don't take the job seriously. The guy spilled oil every single time he poured in the funnel. He would squish and squeeze the quart. And let several squirts of oil go into and on the plastic components in the engine bay. The manager came behind him and tried ro clean up after him. But it was so messy even when I went home and checked it was still covered in oil. Pouring down the from the lower end onto the lower components. Onto the ground.
