Comically horrible experience. Damaged the body of my car, completely unapologetic, do not recommend. Went in Friday for an oil change. The tech left the hand grips for the battery tester on the terminals and when she slammed the hood down it dented my hood outward from the inside out almost perforating it right in front of me.
