The staff was really friendly. One of them was talking to me letting me know the whole process and what they were doing it was awesome I really like that. He was also very conversational asking me how my day was very good customer service skills. They were fast efficient I was able to get out of there and on the road to where I was going in no time. Great experience. I recommend Valvoline to everybody anytime I have somebody that says they need oil change.
I love going there because I get a quality oil change and friendly service.
Went to get a oil changed and they didn’t put my airflow sensor back and I couldn’t start my car in the bay and they said it wasn’t their fault and I couldn’t drive my car because it wouldn’t run. I wish they would check more on car they are working in before the let u go.
