Too hard of a up- sale , just kept trying
Llevamos la camioneta de mi hermana por un cambio de aceite de motor y nos llevamos una desagradable sorpresa entregaron la camioneta con daños en el motor no se que hicieron mal pero tuvimos que cambiar la cadena del tiempo ellos solo dijeron nosotros no la dañamos. Cuidado con estos tipos saben dañar motores muy bien.
Required a quick oil change and Cody helped us out all while smiling and providing good conversation. Noah and Matthew were so friendly and efficient. They had us and a few other cars in and out in as quickly as 8-10 minutes top! I would highly recommend coming here if your car needed maintenance and you were short on time--the customer service is excellent and the service quality is great! Thanks Valvoline for getting us nicely setup for our mini roadtrip.
Took our company fleet vehicle there they found the account did all of the service then proceeded to ask for a card because they couldn't figure out how to use the account. Will continue to use firestone they have a better understanding of their systems.
