The Best service i ever encountered in many years Steven , Noah and the assistant im so puzzled I cant remember his name helped some much and was extremely detailed also upfront about what was needed with my truck ... Came in on a Monday morning needing to get an oil change before I headed out of town on a road trip. Being from out of town I was hesitant to trust someone I had never worked with before. I ended up working with Summer - the store manager - and she absolutely walked me through every single step of the process. The entire crew took care of my car like I was in a pit crew of the Indy 500. If I am ever in need of an oil change in Bismarck again I know exactly where I'll be coming to!
I believe this is the best location I have been to since I have been a vioc customer. Everyone is very energetic and friendly at the 5216 Ottawa location. So far my vehicle has been there multiple times for routine service and each visit was excellent, convenient and pleasurable. Major shout out to Jody, Earlynn and Sam.
