Jody, Aiden, and Dacotah did a fabulous job. They were professional, personable, punctual. They were friendly and informative. I appreciated my military discount .
I took my vehicle in to valvoline for the first time. The employees were loud, obnoxious and in a big hurry. They did the oil change, air filter and the check of fluids, tires, etc. taking them maybe 15 minutes. Upon starting my car my check engine light came on. I will have to have a mechanic look at it. When I talked to the assistant manager, he could've cared less. It cost me 88.00 minus the $25 off coupon. This was a horrible experience. I won't be going back!!
Employees were very professional and respectable. They covered all points and let me know before hand what maintenance needed to be done before making my decision. I never felt pressured into making the decision, very courteous. I will be going back again and advising my friends to do so as well. Thank you!
