I have traveled across the country multiple times in the past few years and have always trusted Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations for quality service, all of them have delivered exactly as promised until now. This particular experience was decidedly sub-standard. The oil filter was only hand-tight, which caused an oil leak during operation. Team did a good job, but when they asked my turn to my car on for the last time before they directed me to the street. My car was making a clicking sound then it stopped, for about 7 days after each time I open any door on my car I got that clicking sound. Not sure if some wire under the hood was causing this. But as of yesterday, the clicking as stopped when I open any door on my car. I waited to send this email as I was uncertain of the outcome of my car, but the clicking issues seems to have stopped!
