I have traveled across the country multiple times in the past few years and have always trusted Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations for quality service, all of them have delivered exactly as promised until now. This particular experience was decidedly sub-standard. The oil filter was only hand-tight, which caused an oil leak during operation.
