Got an oil change. Had to wait quite a while, but got good service. Shout out to Cristian. This is the 3rd time he has been my customer service tech. He is professional and speaks truthfully about what he sees going on with the car and his recommendation for the most reasonable way to fix it. He is knowledgeable about car issues. He is not pushy.
