While every business strives for perfection, mistakes happen. It is how you respond when these things happen. The management at this location should be commended and praised. They were absolutely amazing. I had my oil changed June 18th. When that was completed, I drove home. The next morning, on my way to work, the skirt / skid plate under the engine dropped. These guys are the most honest and experienced people around. I highly recommend them, very trustworthy. Matt is the service center manager who is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I never give the highest rating the first time.
While on vacation in Seaside, the oil sensor on my Audi went off. We saw the Valvoline shop and stopped in to have it checked. The crew checked my car and determined that I just needed a top off. Their good humor and willingness to help was terrific. They wouldn't even allow me to pay for the quart of oil they added. What a great gesture and representation of the town spirit. We love Seaside!
Always fast never waited more then 10 minutes nice people, professional the company does push all the upselling but everyone needs to make a living
When my A/C went out on my truck I gave the guys at Valvoline Thomasville a call. I told them what was going on and asked if they do A/C repairs or if they just do coolant service. They told me that they would look at the truck and if the compressor was broke, they would order a “kit” to replace the compressor, hoses, etc.. So on Friday I dropped the truck off at 8:00 am and was told I was second in line. At 4:00 I drove past the shop with my wife and noticed that my truck hadn’t been moved. Stay away my daughter has been back 3 times after a simple oil change to keep being sent away with the problem not fixes. You want to replace an entire engine the take your car here if not STAY AWAY!!!!!!
UPDATE Received word today, 3/26/2019, that Valvoline will be fixing my car. I am pleased with the outcome. Great to know that there are people and companies that will make it right for their customers. Well done Valvoline.
