I came to this Valvoline for a quick oil change and was helped by Trenton. To be honest, the experience with him was unpleasant from the start. He was unfriendly, dismissive, and acted like he hated his job. He told me I needed new wipers even though I had just replaced them on my last visit. When I pointed that out, he brushed it off with, “never mind, it’s just faded,” in a rude tone.
