I really appreciate Valvoline being open on the weekends as I cannot come during the week due to my work schedule. the team was great. They very quickly got my oil changed and checked over the vehicle. they were very thorough. Shane, the assistant manager took time to talk with me about a possible transmission fluid leak while Chase Quickly got my oil changed. I highly recommend them.
The two gentlemen that worked on my girlfriend’s vehicle they found a few problems. They’re very courteous. I’m glad they looked because of where she usually gets the oil changed at Walmart!!! They would never look at everything like the two guys did in Bay one they showed me a couple problems and fixed it for me. No, the person is doing computer not trying to get the young lady in trouble, but she needs to have more knowledge. It’s not my vehicle.
