I recently visited your location for an oil change, and upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed a comment stating: "SEVERE ENGINE OIL LEAK NOTED" However, this was not verbally communicated to me at the time of service. A severe oil leak is a major safety and mechanical concern, and I would have expected this to be brought to my immediate attention, not just noted on the paperwork.
