They are so very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing and communicating everything they do with you is amazing. I just absolutely love my local Valvoline and the employees that work there, especially the manager Christine, she is that most amazing ever.
The shop seemed adequately staffed. All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Saw great energy from the team that was working at this Grand Rapids, MN location. The manager that took care of me today also ended up cutting his hand accidentally but got right back to work regardless.
