Extremely clean, efficient, professional and respectful. Michael kept me informed and helped me prioritize services. I go out of my way to this Valvoline shop in Mills River. I am a repeat customer and am never disappointed.

I will not be back here again. WRECKLESS handling of my personal vehicle. This is why the Valvoline on Sardis road in south Asheville can't get much business. They ran my truck extremely hard through the bay and it bounced off the ramps. Very unprofessional. Since it is my vehicle apparently they do not care. Not happy and I will not recommend.
Really polite and pleasant crew. Always pleased with service and time management. Highly recommend this business.
